Vehicle History: This car was built in October of 1998 as a 1999 model. It was sold new by Team Chevrolet/Olds/ Cadillac in Salisbury, NC, to my 82-year-old grandfather. He speciffically wanted a 50th Anniversary Edition and had this one shipped from Kentucky. He enjoyed the car for 21,000 miles before he died in 2005. The car was then left to my father, who drove it from North Carolina to Indiana. He enjoyed another 7,000 miles until he passed away in 2006. Though, registered in my mother's name, the car is basically "mine"(she prefers her Ford Taurus). I plan to continue the tradition and pass this car to my children.
Other Comments: Olds only made a little more than 5,000 of these Aniversary Editions with gold ornamentation, special leather seats, and a steering wheel with the old-style Olds badge.
